John first made contact with Urban Attic early July 2015. He was heading up a local Estate agency in Lancaster and the time had come for him to go it alone with an innovative new business.

We discussed his requirements, which were diverse, challenging and very exciting.

We listened to John’s needs and made many suggestions as to how we could develop a website that would give him a presence of brand awareness that reflected his experience and would stand up to and meet the needs of his robust business plan.

John impressed us with his experience and the plan he had was simple yet very effective. He recognised that peoples house hunting methods are changing and they way the interact with agencies are also changing. Yet many agencies were not changing at a pace to best embrace these changes.

So with over 15 years expreience in the business and a superb reputation, he set out to take the personal service aspect into the online arena. That ethos and attitude is something we can relate to here at Urban Attic, so we gave him our quote and hoped to get a positive response, which clearly we did!

As Houseclub was a new from the ground up Business, we worked with John and offered a capped quote giving him flexibility within that budget knowing that the costs wouldn’t rise.

Through our experience of working with start up enterprises we knew this would be the most attractive and competitive quote found locally.

After a handshake we got started and put together the re worked branding based on the mock sketch supplied. As soon as that was signed off we created the business cards and flyers and got those off to the printers.

The web development got underway and the wireframes presented to the client along with the first draft build. We soon got to work building the website and within a very short given time scale finished the build with just the final snagging stage to go.

The website is now live and Houseclub have For Sale and Sold Signs popping up around Lancaster and surrounding area. We feel privileged that they chose Urban Attic over other local competitors and look forward to a long and fruitful ongoing relationship.
